Industry knowledge.
We build, renovate, remodel, and repair commercial and retail facilities, restaurants, offices, banks, hotels, fitness centers, and other similar properties. We don’t build high-rises, dams, bridges, roads, houses, apartments, or nuclear power plants. We do what we do because we know how to do it. And we love doing it well.

Financial strength.
We’re a little old-fashioned. If we can’t pay for it, we don’t buy it. That’s why we’re debt-free, finance our operation internally, pay our bills, and are financially stronger than any other company our size.
