KEVIN KRAK
President & CEO

Kevin is the president of The Gallant Companies, but he is anything but a typical president of a million dollar company. Kevin is hands on - every day. He is not just sitting behind a closed door with a big desk. He has complete, overall management responsibilities for the corporation including marketing, accounting and finance, project management, business development, as well as all company policies, procedures and systems.

Kevin came from a background of hard work as a project manager and engineer. He worked in various locations throughout the States gaining experience and knowledge about all aspects of the construction and maintenance industries.

In 1992 Kevin joined the Gallant team as the Vice President of Operations. He had direct responsibility for creating and developing the company infrastructure, including all field and office procedures as well as all accounting and construction computer systems.

In 1998, Kevin was named President and CEO of The Gallant Companies.

PAST EXPERIENCE
Toys R Us
- design and construction of 3,000,000 SF of new retail space
- responsibility for the construction of a distribution center and six new stores
- represented company at all governmental zoning and planning hearings

May Department Stores
- multiple renovation and construction projects of 80-100M SF retail space in a seven state area
- development and implementation of a computerized estimating system

Mobil Oil Corporation
- responsible for the maintenance and construction of resale and wholesale facilities
- completion of $3.00MM in maintenance and construction
